Mother Nature plays matchmaker...
Frostbitten Roberta Shallcross is a woman in need of a hero. David Henderson is far from that. He's a drunk who can't get past the murder of his wife, Sarah.
When David grudgingly saves Bobbie's life from the Rocky Mountain wilderness, she intends to return the favor. But will their burgeoning affection be powerful enough to overcome his guilt and grief?

What inspired you to become a writer?
I have always loved a good story and found that I usually had one or more dancing around in my head at any given time.  So, when my 6th grade teacher told me she thought I had a talent for writing, I thought I'd give it a try...and guess what?  I loved it!
Who are your favorite romance characters besides your own?
It used to be Rhett and Scarlett until I realized one day, that Rhett truly was a cad.  He took Scarlett's abuse and fought for her love and then the moment and I mean the moment she finally realizes that she truly loves him, he leaves.
I found myself questioning if he ever truly loved her or was it a game he played.  She was the only woman to ever tell him no, and when she said yes, the game was one and the interest was gone....that's a theory anyway!
To answer your question...I don't have a favorite right now.  I have lots of them!! :)
Tell me what inspired this story.
I wanted to write a story packed with emotion but limited to very few characters.  I wanted it to be about love and loss and forgiveness without being overly sweet.  I thought on it and came up with the deserted cabin and then David and Bobbie filled it with their tragedies.  Well, I couldn't leave them there to suffer, could I?
How do you balance your day-to-day commitments with your writing life?
I'm the first to admit, I'm a slow writer and sometimes go days without writing.  But I'm constantly working on stories in the back of my mind. I do need to work on time management...
